Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center or use our portal to schedule a convenient home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
